When should I request my official undergraduate transcripts be sent to Ashworth University?

Immediately upon your enrollment, you should complete a Transcript Request Form for each of your former colleges and universities. Be sure to include your Ashworth University Student Number on each of these forms. These forms can be found on our Web site. You have up to 90 days from the date of your enrollment for Ashworth University to receive your official transcripts (mailed directly from the college).

Please do not mail or fax a copy of your transcripts to Ashworth University. We can only accept an "official copy" (in a sealed envelope with your former college's return address) mailed directly from the college's registrar office.
